Vaunt will use the NBPA facilities to organize and film work-outs and competitive on-court activities between players.

Examples of these activities include, but are not limited to: • Shooters Challenge - A 60 second shooting drill where players aim to have the high score. Vaunt fans can pick which player they think will win, what the high score will be, etc. • Pick Up Basketball - A summer ritual where NBA players play competitive half court 2-on-2 and 3-on-3 pick-up games.

Vaunt fans will be able to curate the teams through voting while watching the stream live. • King of the Hill – Players compete with a limited number of dribbles in a 1-on-1 format. Vaunt, fans will be able to pick who they think will win and watch the competitions live. All activities will be filmed by Vaunt’s production crew with the explicit permission of all participating players. Vaunt will distribute this content on its mobile application and across its social media portfolio.
